Eileen Fleming-Patonay

Eileen Fleming-Patonay is the Workforce Advisor with the South Carolina Department of Commerce, serving Georgetown, Horry and Williamsburg Counties. She has 20 years experience in education, focusing on career development and education, from Kindergarten to Adult Education, creating an educated pipeline of employees and future employees. In 2013, she was recognized by the South Carolina Career Guidance and Placement Association as an “Outstanding Career and Technical Educator”. Eileen is a workforce in literal terms, a creative genius and enthusiastic mentor who initiated several high-profile programs such as SIS-Sisters in STEM and the Coastal Carolina University Women’s Leadership Conference.

Eileen serves on the Board of Directors for Horry County Schools Early College High School in addition to several others, is actively engaged with students of all ages, and is associated with many councils and local societies. Altogether, Eileen is a wise, positive innovator who excels and impresses in all her endeavors.
