Beth Bailey holds distinctive positions as both the managing attorney for Bailey Legal, LLC and Assistant General Counsel for the 5th Street Group in Charleston. She has both a BA in Political Science and a doctorate in law. She is active in the Charleston County School District in several capacities including high school mock trial coaching and was nominated to develop a comprehensive plan for Charleston downtown schools to ensure that all students have high quality PK-12 ensuring equity of opportunity, integration of schools, and support for students, parents, and teachers.  Elizabeth’s dedication to her community led her to becoming the President of the Junior League of Charleston in 2018.

Elizabeth’s brilliant performance has landed her the “40 under 40 awards” by the Charleston Regional Business Journal and BV® Distinguished™ Peer Review rating in 2016.
