NCS (National Council Session)

From the National Board:

We are excited to write you regarding upcoming registration dates and processes for the National Council Session to be held at Disney in July 2023.

Registration Types

There are two types of registration — early bird/general registration and delegation registration.

• Early bird registration is currently planned to open to the public on July 20, 2022. This includes all members and supporters of the Girl Scout Movement who are paying their own way to the convention.
  • Early bird pricing will be available through October 31, 2022, and general registration will continue through June 2023.
• However, anyone your council will be paying for (delegates) will engage in delegation registration.
• Therefore, anyone for whom your council is not paying should register during early bird or general registration.

Hotel Reservations

Regarding room blocks and registration – hotel reservations will be functioning a bit differently for this NCS.

• General Registration:
  • Anyone for whom your council is not paying, will have the opportunity to book their room when they sign up for general registration.
  • Note: there are only two hotels, both located on Disney property, that we have contracted for convention--NCS and Phenom by Girl Scouts.
